Custom Home Showcase
“The Roper”
A horse family’s first custom-built home, “The Roper” was designed to embrace open space and showcase beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and pastures. The open floor plan creates a warm central hub, with the kitchen offering views into both the dining and family rooms. The homeowners chose radiant heat, providing warmth to feet and bodies during winter months.

Affordable Single Level Home
Built on a slab with no steps, the radiant heat system works optimally. The completely finished garage allows for year-round projects. Reflecting their Western vision, they selected Knotty Alder trim and cabinetry with rustic accents. The home was positioned to capture the best mountain views while overlooking a riding arena and back porch for outdoor activities. This house looks great against the Mission Mountains.
“The Cedar”
We believe that everyone has the potential to achieve greatness and fulfill their dreams. That\’s why we are committed to providing innovative solutions and exceptional services that empower individuals to overcome obstacles and turn their aspirations into reality. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and a team of experienced professionals, we strive to deliver unparalleled results and make a positive impact in the lives of our clients. Join us on this journey of empowerment, and let us help you make your dreams come true.

“The Jocko”
An upgrade to “The Cedar,” “The Jocko” enhances the ranch-style design with additional square footage for a larger family room and a home gym. The layout is designed to capture the best views of the surrounding scenery. Décor highlights include granite countertops, elaborate tile floors, a slate backsplash, built-in bookshelves, and an ornate wood mantle. Unique cabinet and drawer pulls, towel bars, toilet paper holders, and doorknobs were all special-ordered to complement the rustic feel. Mission Mountains cast a perfect backdrop to this family’s luxury house.

“The Mission”
Reflecting a “farmhouse” style, “The Mission” is a beautiful two-story home featuring a grand staircase rising above the front entry. The entry extends to the ceiling, adorned with a large black chandelier. Named for its 360-degree views of the surrounding Mission Valley, the home features wood trim, elegant doors, outdoor carriage lights, massive mirrors, elaborate tile work, and black and white accents, creating a truly unique and sophisticated living space.

“The Renaissance”
This nearly 5,000-square-foot home boasts a grand entry with a staircase, copper ceiling and beams, and a hall bridge above the great room. The owners incorporated “theme rooms” to enjoy various décor styles, including a Victorian bedroom, a log cabin bedroom, and a black and white bathroom. As you ascend the stairs, high windows above the great room offer stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The home features a myriad of unique design elements sourced from across the United States and Europe, making it a distinctive and eclectic masterpiece.

“The Outlook”
This custom house is a testament to personalized craftsmanship and budget-conscious building. “The Outlook” was designed with the unique needs and vision of the family in mind, featuring meticulously chosen finishes that reflect their style while staying within their financial means. The project was completed on budget, showcasing our commitment to delivering high-quality, custom homes that align with both aesthetic desires and practical realities. Montana helps it look good.
